Ameriprise wanted to deepen engagement with current clients who might not see the value of the Ameriprise Advisor Center through an email campaign that would generate more advisor meetings and, ultimately, more AUM, share of wallet, and NPS. Our idea was to create a sense of FOMO if the potential investor failed to talk to an advisor now, delivering personalized messages where “Future You” thanked them for having realized their financial goals.
